Purchasing in IBE
The IBE office does NOT sell co-op shares or homes. The sale of homes are done by the individual owner.
If you wish to purchase within IBE please contact a realtor or call the number posted on the For Sale sign on that property
NOTE:
Buying in the co-op section, you must be approved with an IBE conducted background and credit check, accompanied with the Application for Co-Op Residency form. Once completed the form will go to the Board of Directors for final approval.
Purchasing a park model, you must handle sales directly with seller. Before finalization, the new owner must complete an RV Lot Residency Request form, a background check and receive final approval from the Board of Directors.

Rental Information
The IBE office does not rent homes in the co-op section. If shareholders choose to rent their units, they do so on their own. If you are the renter of a shareholder, please ensure that your landlord handles the proper approval process through the office, a minimum of at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
All parties must fill out a Rental application form and have a background check for approval. Background checks are good for five years, and an application must be submitted and approved every visit. If your approval has not been finalized before your arrival, the office cannot issue your ID badges or key cards for use within the community.
Applications are to be submitted no less than 30 days before the expected arrival.
