We are a 55+ resident owned Cooperative Association and RV Resort in a quiet, secluded location just one mile from I-75 and within minutes of pristine beaches, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, fishing, and spring training baseball! Outstanding medical facilities, financial institutions, and churches are nearby as well.
IBE is a great park with lots of activities available at no extra cost. In fact, it is the best place to get a piece of sunny SW Florida at a reasonable price.

Love Snow Birding at IBE
We spent 3 years coming to IBE in a motor coach in the RV section . The people at IBE & office staff are so friendly . There is so much fun and activities to enjoy at IBE. The maintenance staff work hard to keep the grounds and park absolutely immaculate.
In our 4th year we decided to buy a double wide in the Coop section . Loving this decision and enjoying all our new friends at IBE .
My first year, hopefully of many
Friends in Pennsylvania recommended IBE as a place to go in the winter. This is my first year. This place is absolutely amazing. The sites are spacious and extremely well cared for, the entire facility is spotless and up-to-date. IBE has wonderful amenities, including a brand new and very large, swimming pool, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball ball, etc., and countless functions constantly going on. Most important, the people that work here, and also all of the travelers staying here are some of the nicest, most polite, and caring people I’ve ever met. I hope to return here in the winter for many years to come.
Great RV park
Such nice people in this park. It is our 4th year coming here for winter. Clean, safe and so much fun with so many actities! Looking forward to next year of coming back to see all our friends!
New winter home
Been snowbirds for 15 years now. Lived close to this resort for 14 years. Sold our home in 2022. Decided to try rv’ing here in IBE 2023-24 season. Loved it so much, we bought a tiedown. Met lots of people and made new friends. Beautiful and clean resort. Highly recommend!
